Duties:
Reporting to the Manager of Operations, the Supervisor is responsible for employee supervision, training, onboarding, and scheduling. The position oversees daily program operations to ensure efficient service delivery, adequate staffing levels, and high-quality client service.
The Supervisor analyzes operational data, identifies opportunities for process improvements, and contributes to the development and implementation of program and policy initiatives. The incumbent provides guidance on policies, procedures, and complex client issues, resolves escalated concerns, and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to improve program delivery.
The Supervisor provides advice, analysis, and recommendations to senior management to support decision-making, planning strategies, and processes improvements related to the Manitoba Student Aid Program.
