Duties:
The Office Manager leads and coordinates the administrative and financial support for one of three HR Business Partner (HRBP) offices, manages service requests and file management, prepares reports requiring research and analysis to senior management and administers budgets and payment processing. This position is responsible for the SAP FTE Administration which involves maintaining, tracking and controlling complex SAP based organization structure for the entire provincial government. This position supervises and manages the clerical staff.
