Qualifications:
Essential:

  • Experience providing administrative coordination and support including the preparation of correspondence and reports; office management; and the development and maintenance of administrative policies, procedures and systems
  • Experience with basic financial processes including cash flows, budgets and accounts payable
  • Strong organizational, planning and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop effective relationships with various stakeholders and work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Effective leadership skills with the ability to lead a team of administrative and clerical professionals, including ability to coach and mentor
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Strong written communication skills with experience proofreading, editing and formatting with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative
Desired:
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in French
  • Experience with the SAP modules related to Finance and Human Resources

Duties:
The Officer Manager supervises and manages the administrative and clerical staff of the office. This position coordinates the administrative support for the office and human resource activities, manages information systems and file management, prepares reports requiring research and analysis to senior management, administers the budget, and may manage the SAP-based organizational structure.
