Qualifications:
Essential:

  • Two (2) year post secondary diploma in Business Administration or a related discipline
  • Minimum one (1) year related experience in a similar environment making decisions based on a defined set of criteria (i.e.: policies and procedures)

Duties:
Gathers, assembles, reviews, develops and assesses information to establish and issue payments on accepted claim files. Contacts employers, injured workers and insurance companies, and consults with the Adjudicator/Case Manager to clarify payment related issues before benefits are processed.
