Duties:
Reporting to the Director of Real Estate and Contract Services the Leased Property Manager is the first point of contact for all client departments that occupy leased facilities. The leased portfolio currently consists of 221 leases located in four geographic districts across Manitoba consisting of approx. 2.1 million square feet of space. The incumbent provides planning and coordination of government lease
renewals and resolves all facility related issues in ASD leased facilities. The position requires extensive lease analysis and communication with client departments, external organizations as well as internal branches to ensure lease information and responses to clients’ concerns with leased facilities are provided in a timely fashion.
