The Capital Planning Branch is responsible for managing the annual capital programs; providing expertise in program development for short and long-term strategic capital infrastructure investment plans and policies of the department; building the framework and analysis for decision-making and establishing value for money across all of MTI’s asset categories; and managing the maintenance, enhancements and quality assurance of data program and project systems (Construction Management System (CMS) and Manitoba Infrastructure Projects Map (MIP-Map), MTI’s georeferenced, internal and public-facing map of capital projects). This position is a key member of the Transportation Systems Planning section in the Capital Planning Branch.
