The Deputy Executive Director is a member of the Executive Management Committee, and is responsible for the sound and effective management of 10 Community Law Centres, Human Resources/overall personnel management of employees, staff training and development, and the fair and equitable application of policies and procedures within Legal Aid Manitoba.
