The Government of Manitoba is looking for a progressive and trusted leader for the position of Director, Organization and Staff Development.

Reporting to the Executive Director, Policy, Programs and Learning, you will be responsible for leading the innovation and transformation of the services, programs, initiatives and policies in support of learning, leadership, and organizational development priorities across core government.

You will contribute to advancing the Manitoba Public Service Transformation Strategy by exemplifying the code of conduct within the Government of Manitoba and fostering a culture that is innovative, citizen-focused, and supportive of highly effective organizational change. You will align the strategic direction of your unit with the priorities and mandates of government, and demonstrate efficient fiscal and operational practices.
