Duties:
Under the direction of the head cook, the incumbent assists at the Wekusko Falls or Paint Lake Initial Attack base kitchens in prepping meals for up to 100 people. Duties include, but are not limited to: preparation; cooking and serving meals; cleaning of the kitchen area and the equipment used in preparation of meals; taking food stock inventory and possibly ordering groceries. The incumbent may assist with janitorial duties and assist staff with other projects as well as other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
