The department of Health, Seniors and Long Term Care is looking for qualified and highly motivated individual to fill the position of Quality and Compliance Analyst (SS3), within the Information Management and Analytics (IMA) branch under the Public Health Division. The Information Management and Analytics branch leads the Provincial Information Management and Analytics (PIMA) Shared Service, and maintains the Provincial Data Repository (PDR) and other IMA databases.

Reporting to the Director, Information Governance, the Quality and Compliance Analyst is responsible for informing the development of Provincial Information Management and Analytics (PIMA) information management standards by providing expert advice and consultation regarding data definitions, relevant provincial or national data standards, policies and quality processes, and operational use of the data to stakeholders inside and outside the Department. The incumbent also investigates and monitors compliance with policy and standards, including working with stakeholders and technology partners to address data quality issues. The Quality and Compliance Analyst represents the Department on provincial and national information management committees and task forces. The incumbent also develops and leads teams in the execution of data projects.
