Conditions of Employment:

Qualifications:
Essential:

  • Bachelor's or masters degree or certifications in Cybersecurity, Information Security, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of security technologies, principles, and best practices.
  • Knowledge of threat modeling and risk assessment methodologies.
  • Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or CIS.
  • Experience with cloud and hybrid cloud environments.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to solve problems and make recommendations
Desired:
  • Strong political acumen and the ability to manage confidential and politically sensitive material and situations in an appropriate manner.

Duties:
A Security Architect will be a key contributor to the organization's information security strategy and implementation. The Security Architect role involves designing and implementing robust security architectures, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will assess security risks, develop mitigation strategies, and provide guidance on security best practices.
